Neil joined Bisceglia & Associates in 2019 after having served for a term as a Member/Adjudicator at Ontario’s Landlord and Tenant Board where he presided over hearings at Canada’s busiest administrative tribunal. Before being appointed to the LTB, Neil practised civil litigation and dispute resolution for more than 35 years in firms of various sizes, including as the principal of his own firm for almost 20 years. He has appeared at all trial and appellate levels of the courts of Ontario as well as before many administrative tribunals, and as counsel in arbitration and mediation proceedings. His practice included real estate and construction litigation, employment law, commercial tenancy disputes, business and shareholder disputes, debt collection, and many other kinds of contract and tort litigation.
