Emilio Bisceglia 

Emilio Bisceglia is the principal of the law firm of Bisceglia & Associates Professional Corporation. Emilio’s practice focuses on the resolution of business disputes through trial, appeal, mediation and arbitration. He has an extensive commercial litigation practice involving shareholder disputes, construction law litigation, construction liens, insolvencies, and advising in connection with construction and commercial disputes. He represents developers, suppliers, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners during all phases of a construction project. 

Emilio understands that litigation requires preparation and forcefulness focused on achieving the best practical and business solution for his clients. He strives to resolve disputes in the most innovative, economical and expeditious way possible.

Emilio has appeared before various tribunals in the Province of Ontario including the Labour Board, Ontario Alcohol and Gaming Commission and the Ontario Municipal Board. In addition, he has appeared in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. 

Emilio is fluent in Italian.
