Fernando Souza 

As an associate of Bisceglia & Associate Professional Corporation, Fernando’s practice focuses on the resolution of business disputes through trial, appeal, mediation and arbitration. In the course of his wide-ranging commercial litigation practice, he has built up experience in complex litigation including in franchise law, bankruptcy and insolvency, construction law and commercial disputes.

Fernando has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. 

Fernando is fluent in Portuguese.
